Lubricating wire ropes by hand only lubricates its surface. It does not reach the core of the wire rope. Our wire rope lubrication system uses high pressure grease injection which uniformly applies greases and forces new lubricant into the cable.

By continuously circulating and filtering lubricants around the cable under pressure, lubricants penetrates into the core of each strands of wire rope. Removing trapped moisture and detrimental particles, and using our highest quality lubricant, our wire rope lubrication can increase the life-span of wire ropes by up to two times compared to a non-lubricated wire rope.
