BUYING YOUR FIRE EXTINGUISHER

Buying and owning your fire extinguisher means you need to:
  • Pay a relatively large capital expenditure for their purchase
  • Depreciate your capital expense as canisters normally has a life of five years

OWNING YOUR FIRE EXTINGUISHER

When owning your fire extinguisher you need to make sure that:
  • Your fire extinguisher’s contents are not expired
  • Your fire extinguisher is refilled every two years
  • Your fire extinguisher canisters is not over five years old or are unsafe
  • Your fire extinguishers are serviced regularly so they are in good order
  • Your staff are properly trained in the use of fire extinguisher

What if I already have my own fire extinguisher?

If you already have GarraFire Extinguishers, we will:
  • Buy back your fire extinguisher
  • Credit the buy-back value to you in the form of a discount
  • Replace your GarraFire Extinguishers with our new GarraFire Extinguisher
  • Offset the GarraFire Extinguisher Solution price with your credit amount
  • Discounts are maximum 25 % per year and will apply every year until your credit is zero
    Note
    Buy-back value is calculated on five years depreciation for canisters and two years for contents, based on original invoice of PT. Gapura Raya.
If your fire extinguisher is not a GarraFire Extinguisher, we will:
  • Determine a credit value based on your old fire extinguishers
  • Replace your old fire extinguishers with our new GarraFire Extinguisher
  • Offset the GarraFire Extinguisher Solution price with your credit amount by providing discounts to a maximum of 25 % per year
